Final 2016 blog post

Thank you for coming to visit my learning blog. This will be my last post because i am leaving waikowhai primary. I have enjoyed using this blog to share my learning with you all. I hope you have enjoyed reading about my learning to.

Today Room 7 had to choose a National library book and read it for 15 minutes. Then we had to answer 6 questions and put it on our thing links   . This is the thing link I did, feel free to comment in the comments down below.

 

Today Room 7 had to choose a book and read it for 15 minutes. Then we had to take a snapshot of the book and then put it onto a  thing link and answer some questions , here is my thing link that I made.

This week Room 7 had to choose a famous idol or team. I choose Abby lee dance company elite team. They inspire me because they can do amazing things on stage. They also are on a T.V show called dance moms which I watch on t.v after school. In the show they tell you and show you what they do in the competitions. I did a slide about them hope you enjoy.

Last week Room 7 made mythical creatures for the Waikowhai Art Festival . It was quit hard but it was successful in the end. It looked really cool when it was all set up every one loved it. We also did slides to represent our creatures. My slide is down below if you would like to see it, click it now. I hope you like my slide and my mythical creature.

MY BOOK TRAILER

This term Room 7 did book trailers on what books we were reading. We did this so we could advertiser  our books and convince people to read them. This exercise was really fun and we all enjoyed it and I hope you enjoy it to.

Our Pad-let for blog commenting

On Monday James came in and taught us how to make a good comment. We went into Pad-let  and wrote some ideas on how to make a good comment. He showed us two videos of how to make good responses to others. This is what we did...

On Monday Rooms 7, 8 and 9 went into the hall and grouped up in threes. Each group had a brain box kit and we got to play with it. We had to try and make a circuit using battery's, connector's, light's, speaker's and a fan. It was really cool when we got an FM connection for the radio and we got to listen to music. If the materials aren't connected properly then it won't work because the circuit is not complete. Here is an example of one that works.

I spend most of my time doing wwwtypingclub.com because I want to learn how to type faster.

 Google comes up so much in your history because you use it for everything.

This would be different in the weekend because I would have done more history.
